Earn Community Service Hours
Are you passionate about environmental conservation and making a difference in the community? Join our team dedicated to preserving and restoring our beaches. This hands on opportunity is perfect for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to gain experience in environmental advocacy and community engagement. During our fall schedule, events take place either on Saturday or Sunday afternoon, they last for one hour and start at 2pm. You should be able to arrive slightly before the event.Who we are looking for:
Social Media Video Editor
- Create reels and short videos to showcase what our events look like.Photographer
- Help document our events and volunteers.Event Assistant
- Coordinate and lead the beach cleanup efforts. Help setup and breakdown our events working closely with lead organizers and other interns.Local Chapter Leaders
- Spread awareness in your school and community. We are looking for one leader in each town on Long Island and the greater New York area.Brand Ambassador
- Represent our mission off the beach. Spread awareness with our crew merch and photographs.Graphic Designer
- Looking for someone to help create an animated logo to share on GIPHY and on reels.Lead Merchandise Manager
